I'm a Sales Operations professional who sits at the intersection of business process and technology. My work isn't just configuration — I identify the right tools, deploy them, and build supporting software that goes into production and gets used by real teams every day.

At Onetara Realty, I evaluated the market, chose Perfex CRM (self-hosted, one-time $65 licence), and deployed it on private hosting — replacing a Google Sheets-based lead workflow and avoiding ₹25,000+/month in enterprise SaaS costs. Then I configured lifecycle stages, lead routing logic, and trained a 50+ member team. Zero disruption.
